No. Once the Norton 360 license has been used on all devices allowed, it is not possible to add more under the same license.
Example:
You have Norton 360 Deluxe for up to 5 devices. You installed it onto five devices, and now you need it for two more. The only way to have Norton 360 installed on your seven devices is to buy additional license, either two Norton 360 Standard licenses or another Norton 360 Deluxe.
