In most regions, personal live support from Norton is available in two ways:

- Phone

At this page, you can search for answers to your questions. If you still need to contact the support, scroll down to the bottom.

At the bottom of the Norton’s Customer Support page, you’ll find several options. These button links are based on the what Norton’s customers are mostly inquiring about. In order to get a hold of the support, click the Contact Us button.

In the next screen (Describe step), Norton will offer you some of the self-help support topics. In order to continue to the live support, click the My topic is not listed above link.

At this screen (Review step), you’ll be offered a search field to enter your question. If you use it, you’ll get results from Norton’s support articles, plus from the Community (Norton forums). In order to continue to Norton’s Live Support, click the Get help button.

In order to continue, you’ll be asked to sign into your Norton Account (Sign In step).

After signing in, you’ll finally get a chance to select a way of how you want to contact Norton support (Options step). You’ll see links for the Norton Community, and for Twitter (X) and Facebook. To see more options, scroll down (next screenshot).

After scrolling down, you’ll see links for Chat and Phone Support options. Both options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Make your choice, and follow the on-screen instructions.
