A hard drive on my PC has crashed. I used Norton 360 for online backups. How do I restore my files (photos, documents, videos, etc.) from my online backup onto a new hard drive?

First, reinstall Norton 360 onto your computer with the new hard drive. Activate the product, and then use the restore function. Remember to activate online backup storage in order to be able to access your files.
