My hard drive has crashed, and after fixing it and reinstalling Norton 360, I don’t see my online backup anymore. How do I fix this in order to restore my files?

After reinstalling Norton 360, a first thing to check is if Online Backup is activated in the control panel of your security software. This is under the Backup section, in Manage Backup Sets.
