Automated and manual renewals are offered at an MSRP (Manufacturer Suggest Retail Price). Therefore, by default, discounts are not applied to renewals. The options here are:
- Renew at a renewal price, or
- Contact support and ask for the discount that would match the current offer you see on Norton’s website.

Since recently, Norton started offering renewals at the discounted prices. If your renewal notice shows the lower price you are willing to accept, great! If not, wait and it is possible Norton will lower the renewal price to keep you subscribed.
