In Norton 360, to turn ON Norton Secure VPN, do the following:
Open your Norton device security product. In the Norton main window, in the Control Panel on the right side, click the VPN section (first screenshot).
In the Secure VPN side panel, use the sliding button to Turn the VPN ON or OFF (second screenshot). You can also turn VPN ON and OFF from the main window, by simply clicking the Connect button.
Norton VPN is a part of Norton 360 app on both Android and iOS.
