I had Norton 360 installed on my laptop which got stolen. Is it possible to trace the laptop when a thief tries to use it (i.e. gets onto the Internet and Norton 360 connects to Norton’s database)?

Unfortunately it is not possible to track down a stolen laptop that had Norton 360 installed. The only Norton products that offer such capability are Norton Anti-theft (works on Windows® laptops, MacBook™ laptops, Android™ smartphones, Android™ tablets), and Norton Mobile Security which works on Android phones and tablets only.
