How do I update payment details in my Norton account?

In order to update payment details (like credit card or billing information) in your Norton account:

  1. Sign in to your Norton Account (opens in a new window)
  2. Hoover over your account icon (My Account in the upper right corner), and click the Billing Information link
  3. In the Billing Information tab, type in the information you need to update
  4. If asked, check the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA request
  5. Click the Save button

“Update successful” message is displayed when you save the changes. A notification email is also sent to your registered email confirming the changes.
