In order to update payment details (like credit card or billing information) in your Norton account:
- Sign in to your Norton Account (opens in a new window)
- Hoover over your account icon (My Account in the upper right corner), and click the Billing Information link
- In the Billing Information tab, type in the information you need to update
- If asked, check the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA request
- Click the Save button
“Update successful” message is displayed when you save the changes. A notification email is also sent to your registered email confirming the changes.
