It is a part of many Norton Cyber Safety products for desktop and mobile, including Norton AntiVirus Plus, Norton Mobile Security, and Norton 360 plans.

The key features of Norton Scam Protection include Safe Web, which helps detect scam and phishing websites while you browse; Safe SMS, which analyzes text messages for scam language on mobile devices; Deepfake Protection, which helps detect malicious AI-generated audio in supported English-language videos; and the Norton Genie AI-powered Assistant, which offers guidance on suspicious messages, offers, and online activity.

The main difference between Norton Scam Protection and Norton Scam Protection Pro is that the Pro version adds Safe Email and Safe Call. In addition, there is the LifeLock Ultimate Plus version which includes everything in Scam Protection Pro, plus Scam Restoration & Reimbursement, which is only available with that plan.
