The latest Norton software (i.e. Norton 360) can be downloaded from your Norton Account. If you do not have Norton Account, you can create one. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your software in its download form. You will also be able to retrieve your product activation keys. Here are the two screenshots that show how to start installation of Norton 360:
Step 1: In the main My Account window, click onto Download button located in the My Protection section:

Step 2: Click onto Agree & Download button to start installation process on current device, or Send a Download Link to install it on another device.

Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions after the download.

Even though the above screenshots refer to Norton 360, the installation process of Norton Security is the same. The process is also described at our page about Norton Security Installation.
