Use the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to remove a failed installation or a damaged Norton product. Then follow the instructions to have your new Norton product installed again.
Be sure you have your Product Key saved, before you download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool. All your Norton software can be accessed via your Norton Account.
