NortonLifeLock keeps a record of your visa number and will automatically update the product when due. It states you can turn off the automatic renewal but you cannot, in my experience when you login to your account and turn off the renewal it seems to work but log back into your account and the automatic renewal is on. I have just been caught out with my visa being charged when I no longer want this product. Ringing the customer service does not help, was on hold for half an hour but had to hang up."
