No other actions are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you don\u2019t see a delete (trash \/ garbage bin) icon under your payment method, auto-renewal is still active. This means there is <strong>no trash or garbage bin icon<\/strong> available under your payment method.<\/p>\n<p>While auto-renewal is on, you can only <strong>edit<\/strong> your payment details. Full removal is not allowed because the payment method is still needed for future auto-renewals.<\/p>\n<h3>How to delete your payment information<\/h3>\n<p>If auto-renewal is already turned off, you can skip step 1 and delete your payment information right away.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Turn off auto-renewal (unsubscribe)<\/strong><br \/>\nLog in to your account and disable auto-renewal for the active subscription. Here is the full article about <a href=\"http:\/\/faq\/art\/how-do-i-cancel-auto-renewal\/\"><strong>how to manage Norton auto-renewal<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Go to your payment or billing section<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce auto-renewal is off, the payment method is no longer required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete the payment information<\/strong><br \/>\nThe <strong>trash \/ garbage bin icon<\/strong> will now appear under your payment details.
