If Norton 360<\/a> is installed on one computer but not the others, it likely hasn’t been installed yet on those devices. Buying a multi-device subscription gives you licenses to protect more than one device, but you need to install and activate the software on each one.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what to check:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Installation<\/strong>: Make sure you’ve downloaded and installed Norton 360 on each computer. Purchase alone doesn’t install it automatically.<\/li>\n
  2. Activation<\/strong>: After installation, sign in with your Norton account to activate the protection on each device.<\/li>\n
  3. License Limit<\/strong>: Verify that you haven\u2019t exceeded the number of devices your subscription covers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can install Norton 360 on additional devices from your Norton account at my.norton.com<\/a>. Once signed in, go to My Devices<\/strong>, click the + Add Device<\/strong><\/em> button and follow the prompts for each device you want to protect.<\/p>\n
