Therefore, you can be sure that email is a <a href=\"\/security-center\/phishing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">phishing<\/a> attempt.<\/p>\n<p>But if that message really looks legitimate and worrying, you can further check on it without risking anything.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the senders email address. In most cases those addresses do not look as from a bank. They look more as personal addresses. Please note that email address can be <a href=\"\/security-center\/online-safety-scams-phishing-spoofing-hoaxes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spoofed<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Check the link within the text of that email. <strong>DO NOT CLICK ON IT!<\/strong> Just hoover over and check the web address.
