Merging your accounts will allow you to access both Norton and LifeLock services with a single account.<\/p>\n<p>To merge your accounts, we need the following information to validate that the LifeLock account is yours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Username and password for both your Norton and LifeLock accounts<\/li>\n<li>Last four digits of your social security number<\/li>\n<li>Your date of birth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>STEP\u00a01<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS<\/h3>\n<p>Go to STEP 2 if you have already verified your email.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to your\u00a0<a href=\"\/asrvc\/norton\/norton-html.php?m=faqMNA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the profile icon at the top of the page and then click\u00a0<b>Account Settings<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<b>Resend email<\/b>\u00a0to send a verification email to that address.<\/li>\n<li>Open the email that you received and verify the email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>STEP\u00a02<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>MERGE YOUR ACCOUNTS<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.norton.com\/extspa\/account\/personalinfo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Account Settings<\/a>\u00a0page and then click\u00a0<b>Get Started<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your Norton account username and password. You will use these credentials to sign in after your accounts are merged.<\/li>\n<li>Sign in to your LifeLock account with its credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your date of birth and the last four digits of your social security number associated with your LifeLock account.<\/li>\n<li>Your accounts are now merged.
