If you experience Error 8504, 103, here is what you can do in order to fix it:<\/p>\n

Way 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Exit all programs.<\/li>\n
  2. Restart your computer. If the problem is still there, go to Way 2.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Way 2<\/strong><\/span>
    \nNote: If you have Norton Family installed, uninstall it before you run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Download the Norton Remove and Reinstall<\/a> tool. Save the file to the Windows desktop. On some browsers, the file is automatically saved to its default location.<\/li>\n
    2. To open the Downloads window in your browser, press the Ctrl + J<\/strong> key.<\/li>\n
    3. Double-click the NRnR<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
    4. Read the license agreement, and click Agree<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Remove & Reinstall<\/strong>. You may see the Remove<\/strong> button if Norton is from your service provider.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Continue<\/strong> or Remove<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. Click Restart Now<\/strong>. After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Norton.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
